We charge $30-50 (USD) per hour (about $5-10 per page), depending on the complexity of the work. For example, careful editing of a journal manuscript will typically require less effort per page than editing an NIH proposal. The price we quote is what we will charge; no other fees will be added.

A special offer for scientists in developing countries or with limited financial resources: Tell us the amount you can reasonably afford to pay for our services and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment can be made by credit card. Simply provide your credit card details using our secure online payment form . Or, if you prefer, you may fax your credit card information to us (631-689-5761). Payment is due within 10 days of completion of the job. We will also accept payment by check (cheque) in US dollars for the full amount and payable in advance.

Flat fees (per page) and/or invoicing can be arranged for companies supplying us with regular work.
